Forget the “dad bod” or the "muffin top". After 40, a mortgage, a job, kids, a busy schedule can beat you down. Your time is limited, but you want to schedule 30-minute fat burning sessions twice a week. I can make this happen.

in-person training

One of the best things about my job is that I get to meet GREAT people in person and form a solid relationship that helps them meet their goal. I get into their minds and push away the negative images they have about themselves and they see the ability to "redesign" what they once thought impossible. This service offers monthly programming, diet and in-person training fit to your schedule.


$120 Startup Fee + first month/$60 for each month. Train with your online coach. The service includes tracking apps, weekly programming and exercise videos to learn proper form. We chart progression as you improve in each workout. With weekly phone calls, email and Skype, you are always in contact with your coach.

My years as a teacher, USAPL certified coach, and a competitor make me a great choice for your favorite sport. Whether training for the USAPL Nationals or training for your first meet, the results are obtained by an experienced coach, a mindful eye on form, proper nutrition, and solid programming.

Playing sports like baseball, football, hockey, soccer, wrestling, or mixed martial arts requires an athlete to be lean, quick and powerful. Training & nutritional counseling is detailed and needs to be handled professionally. This service will make you the best athlete you can be.

form fix

A budget priced option for all trainees. If you have problems with a particular lift-the squat, bench press, deadlift, etc, we can assess your form through the use of video or if you’re in the area through a free consultation. Feedback is provided by a USAPL certified coach so that we can strengthen that lift and make corrections. We provide specific exercises and setup a program to get you stronger and turn your weakness into a strength.
